Here’s what your service will include:
- Chemically clean condenser coil
- Inspect blower wheel and motor for balance and debris
- Measure ratings on blower start assist
- Inspect evaporator coil
- Clean out debris from inside condenser
- Inspect condenser fan blade for cracks and proper balance
- Flush condensate drain line
- Check drain safety switches
- Measure temperature difference across evaporator coil
- Check high and low pressure switches
- Measure high voltage levels at indoor and outdoor equipment
- Measure control voltage levels at indoor and outdoor equipment
- Measure high voltage at service disconnects and inspect for burnt or failing wire
- Check all high voltage electrical connections for loose or burnt connections
- Check all control voltage electrical connections for loose or burnt connections
- Measure compressor amps
- Measure amps on all fans
- Measure ratings on dual start assist
- Test motor starter for burnt or pitted contacts and measure for high voltage loss
- Test thermostat operation
- Supply and change air filter per agreement
- Inspect ductwork
- Clean-up all work areas before leaving
