I'd like a quote on two projects: 1. Cleaning our air ducts (we have 15 ceiling and floor vents, and 2 return vents), from an electric heat pump that's located in our crawlspace 2. Moisture control and air sealing of crawlspace: we have a poor plastic vapor barrier and floor joint insulation, but high humidity and moisture wicking up into the concrete block foundation has led to the insulation dripping off and minor mold spots in a couple of places. I'd like to control moisture and insulate the floor/improve energy efficiency with our heat pump. I'd specifically like to know about the option for open or closed cell spray foam along the foundation walls and a new vapor barrier.
